MAGICUP TERMS & CONDITIONS 


INTRODUCTION: By registering to participate in the MagiCup, you are agreeing to these  MagiCup Terms and Conditions. The MagiCup is being operated by Events by Idea, LLC. 

By registering to participate on our website or with one of our agents, you warrant that 1) you are  at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation; 2) you  accept and agree to all the Terms presented herein; and 3) all information supplied by you for the  purposes of that booking is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. 

TEAM REPRESENTATIVE: If you are the Team Representative registering on behalf of the  team, you are considered the designated contact person for those other participants. You represent  and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf; that you have obtained all  required consents; and that you will inform them of these Terms and warrant that they accept and  agree to them. You are also responsible for making all payments due for your team; and keeping  the other travelers informed of all information relevant to your trip. 

REGISTRATION: After you complete the pre-registration form, operator will send you an email  with the proper steps and information to make the first payment. You must complete the first  payment within 10 days of completing the pre-registration form. Let us know if you are unable to  complete it within this timeframe, or your registration may be subject to cancellation. 

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE: The MagiCup is open to boys born in 2012 or 2013, along  with four (4) adults accompanying each team. By registering for the MagiCup, you confirm that  you are eligible to participate. Each team must consist of sixteen (16) participants, twelve (12) of  which must be eligible players and four (4) adults. Each of these persons is a participant, or  together participants. 

RULES AND REGULATIONS: All teams must follow the MagiCup Rules and Regulations.  

MAGICUP PACKAGE: By registering in the MagiCup, the team representative completing  registration and making payment is thereby confirming the ability and commitment to pay the  complete package fee of $80,000.00USD per team.  

Registered teams understand that the package is only available for June 14, 2025, through and  including June 22, 2025, in Walt Disney World. All teams must arrange for travel to the Orlando  Airport to take part in the MagiCup. The all-inclusive package beings on June 14, 2025, with the  team’s arrival at Orlando International Airport, up until June 22, 2025, with the team’s departure.  There are no exceptions to the arrival and departure dates.  

The 9-day, 8-night MagiCup package includes: 

  • Accommodations (quadruple occupancy for players, and double for adults); Transportation from Orlando International Airport arrival to hotel, theme parks  and games;
  • MagiCup Club World Cup participation; 
  • Visits to all Walt Disney World theme parks ++ water park; and 
  • Three (3) meals per day.  

Teams hereby understand that any and all flights must be booked separately with other vendors in  addition to the MagiCup package. Airfare is not included in the package price. 

Registered teams agree to abide by the specific schedule provided by the operator at all times.  

VENUES: Any and all references to the venues will include the designated hotel for  accommodations, ESPN Wide World of Sports and Walt Disney World theme parks. 

INSURANCE: Participants agree to purchase travel insurance for the duration of the MagiCup  from June 14, 2025, through June 22, 2025. Proof of travel insurance will be a required document  for the team check-in. 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Registered teams agree to provide a complete roster and rooming list no later than May 1, 2025. A copy of the player’s passport or birth certificate, signed waivers  and travel itineraries will be required to be submitted at that time as well. Teams will not be  approved for arrival until all required documents and information has been submitted for each  participant. 

PAYMENT: Registered teams agree to pay the Package fee of $80,000.00 USD according to the  below timeline. All payments will be made via wire to the account details provided by the Billing  Department via email once the pre-registration form is received.  

20% within 10 days of registration ($16,000.00USD) 

30% by March 1, 2025 ($24,000.00USD) 

50% by April 1, 2025 ($40,000.00USD) 

MagiCup participation is confirmed once all required payments have been made. Refunds are not  applicable once any payment is made for any reason, unless an act of force majeure causes operator  to cancel the event. If for any reason a team does not meet the payment deadlines as described, the  reservation is automatically canceled and it is in the operator’s discretion to grant an extension of  the payment date. 

In addition to the above Package payment, a representative from each team will place a credit card  on file with the hotel upon arrival for any incidentals and damages within the team’s rooms.  

SUPERVISION OF MINORS: Participants must actively supervise all minors in their respective  teams and Participants acknowledge that operator, operator’s affiliates, Disney nor any other  Disney Company will have a responsibility to supervise participants. 

CODE OF CONDUCT: Participants agree that each team member and/or representative will use  and occupy the hotel, transportation, and venues in a safe, appropriate and careful manner and will  comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and all policies established by the applicable  venues. 

All Participants will be under the general admission and control of Disney (but not as an agent or  employee of Disney) while in or about the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex or Walt Disney  World Theme Parks, and may be refused entrance to or ejected from the ESPN Wide World of  Sports Complex or Walt Disney World Theme Parks by Disney or operator for non-compliance  with any provision of these Terms and Conditions or for objectionable or improper conduct,  without any liability on Disney’s or operator’s part. 

Operator reserves the right to expel any participant from participation in any and all activities for  objectionable or improper conduct at any time.  

PHOTO RELEASE: Registered teams thereby authorize operator, its affiliates and contractors,  to film, photograph and publish footage taken of the undersigned minor children for production  and broadcasting of the games, for use on the website, social media and print materials. Participants  release, IdeaBlueSky, Events by Idea, its affiliates, contractors and providers from any expectation  of confidentiality for the undersigned minor children. 

Participants acknowledge that since participation in broadcasting, publications and  websites produced by operator is voluntary, neither the minor children nor their respective parents  will receive financial compensation. I further agree that participation in any production,  publication or website produced by operator or its affiliates, confers no rights of  ownership whatsoever. I release Events by Idea, its affiliates, contractors along with their  respective officials, officers, employees, volunteers and agents from liability for any claims by me  or any third party in connection with the team’s participation of the undersigned minor children in  perpetuity.  

TRAVEL VISAS & OTHER DOCUMENTS: Tourist visas or the visa waiver program are  required for entry into the United States. It is the responsibility of each participant to have and  obtain any required visas for entry into the United States. Minors (children under age of 18)  traveling without parents, with only one parent, or with a parent of a different surname may be  required to provide other documents throughout their travels. 

Operator will provide a letter of acceptance into the MagiCup as needed for U.S. visa applications. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS OF COVID-19 & OTHER RISKS: 

By registering, participants fully understand that the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any  resulting disease (together with any variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is an extremely contagious  disease that can lead to severe illness and death, and there is an inherent danger and risk of exposure  to COVID-19 in any place where people are present; no Safety Protocols (as defined below) can 

eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; while people of all ages and health conditions can be  and have been adversely affected by COVID-19, according to the Center for Disease Control and  Prevention (CDC) and other public health authorities (i) people with certain underlying medical  conditions are or may be especially vulnerable; and (ii) the risk of severe illness from the  contraction of COVID-19 increases steadily with age, and contracting COVID-19 can result in the  further transmission of COVID-19 to participant’s spouse, family members, and other persons in  proximity to participant; and exposure to COVID-19 can result in subsequent quarantine, illness,  disability, other short-term and long-term physical and/or mental health effects, and/or death,  regardless of age or health condition at the time of exposure and/or infection. 

Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that in the absence of any negligence or other breach  of duty by operators or the Released Parties, entry to the venues and attendance at the MagiCup is  entirely at his or her own risk. 

DISCLAIMER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER: PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PARTICIPATION IN SOCCER AND TOURISM NECESSARILY  INVOLVES TRAVEL, PLAY IN ADVERSE FIELD CONDITIONS, CONTACT WITH  CONSIDERABLE FORCE, AND RISK OF SEVERE, PERMANENT PHYSICAL INJURY  INCLUDING BRUISES, SCRAPES, STRAINED, SPRAINED OR TORN MUSCLES,  TENDONS OR LIGAMENTS, BROKEN BONES, DISLOCATION OF JOINTS,  CONCUSSION, BRAIN DAMAGE, NERVE AND SPINAL CORD INJURY, PARALYSIS  AND DEATH. I WILLINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, BOTH  KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE  OPERATOR. I AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE STATED AND CUSTOMARY TERMS  AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION OR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AND, IF  THE PARTICIPANT (PLAYER) OR ADULT OBSERVE ANY CONCERN IN PLAYER’S  READINESS FOR PARTICIPATION IN GAMES OR OTHER ACTIVITIES (EVENTS),  ADULT TEAM REPRESENTATIVE WILL REMOVE PLAYER FROM PARTICIPATION  AND IMMEDIATELY BRING SUCH CONCERN TO THE ATTENTION OF THE NEAREST  OFFICIAL AND THE MAGICUP COMMISSIONER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  

PARTICIPANTS HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS,  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDEABLUESKY, LLC, IDEASPORT,  LLC, AND EVENTS BY IDEA LLC, ITS PLAYERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS,  OFFICIALS, SPONSORS AND OTHER REPRESENTATIVES AND ALL OWNERS,  LESSORS, LESSEES OR OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES ALLOWING THE USE OF  FACILITIES BY EVENT ORGANIZER AND THE AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND  DIRECTORS OF SAID PERSONS OR ENTITIES (RELEASEES) FROM ALL CLAIMS,  DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, COSTS, EXPENSES AND COMPENSATION ARISING  OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO A LOSS, INJURY OR OTHER DAMAGE TO  PLAYER OR TO MEMBERS OF PLAYERS’S FAMILY OR INDIVIDUALS I INVITE OR  FOR WHOM I AM OTHERWISE RESPONSIBLE, OR TO THEIR PROPERTY, WHILE PARTICIPATING IN OR PRESENT DURING THE MAGICUP ALL ENCOMPASSING TRIP,  WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE. 

FORCE MAJEURE: Certain unexpected circumstances may arise, such as (but not limited to)  weather events, pandemics, quarantines, border closures, acts of governments or authorities, wars,  hostilities, political uprisings or civil disturbances, riots, strikes, terrorist activities or the threat of  terrorist activities, criminal acts committed by third parties, defects of vehicles or breakdown in  equipment, or an Act of God, that are beyond anyone’s control, which force a cancellation or  disruption of services. These circumstances are considered a force majeure. We will not be held  responsible or liable in any way for such events, including death, bodily injury, illness, damage,  delay, or other losses caused by such events. While we will always strive to assist our travelers  wherever they are in the world when such circumstances occur, any losses or costs resulting from  these events will be the responsibility of the participant. 

GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising out of or in connection  with these terms shall be governed by, interpreted under, and construed and enforceable in  accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without giving effect to conflict of law  principles.
